We are looking for an Ophthalmic Technician to join our cohesive team of enthusiastic, caring people who enjoy serving patients. Requirements

• Work up patients by taking visual acuity, ocular pressure, and other tests and prepare them to be seen by doctor
• Diagnostic Pre-testing with ophthalmic imaging machines
• Scribing for the doctor in the exam room using electronic medical records
• Assisting with minor in-office procedures
• Administer topical ophthalmic medications
• Handling calls regarding patients concerns, and pharmacy calls
• Must possess excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail with electronic medical records
• Works well in fast-paced setting
• Friendly with patients
• Some phlebotomy experience, or willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn office procedures, and software applications
• Able to provide excellent patient service skills
